Normally they use "Ma-Huang" or other herbs to get the water get of the body. But one thing for sure, our body need 70-75% of water, as our mother earth is also consist of 70% off water, our brain in fact consist of almost 90% of water. Yesterday, my only daughter turned 21st. She is very concern with her weight now. When she was little, her mom used to have a fight with me over , don't allowing her to eat fast foods. I have been very disturb then about the dis-harmony in the family. I am glad that now all my concern & love is proved by these research.
