Also the Type of Selection's, Such as:

Uni

Octopus

Squid

Prawn

Shell Fish

Crabs

Lobster..etc.

These are say to be high Cholesterol Seafoods!!

I use to love to eat them All because of Ignorance.

Now Think About Great Health & Living till 100 years Old & Beyond.
