This report is a little controversy of the norm believe. I have research into those Supplements companies who encourage people to use their pills from natural herbs to loose weight. Normally they use "Ma-Huang" or other herbs to get the water get of the body. But one thing for sure, our body need 70-75% of water, as our mother earth is also consist of 70% off water, our brain in fact consist of almost 90% of water.
