Naked Chocolate - Good for You Beyond Your Wildest Dreams

When I was in Malaysia, I did went to the Cocoa plantation. I have the opportunity to taste the raw Cocoa fruits.

In actual facts the Raw Cocoa fruits in the shell are white color & sour taste. From what I understand. The seed is processed to make it Black/Dark brown color. It is interesting to note that the appended report saying that Once the Chocolate is processed, it loses all of its beneficial properties.

According to the "I-Medicine Sytra" any taste that is sour is good for cleansing such as blood, any taste that is bitter is good for the heart.

During my childhood day, I like to drink either Melo or Ovatine chocolate drinks. But my feeling is that both drinks would raise my "Heat Chi" .

So remember, if you happen to drink Chocolate drinks, do beware not to over the limit.

Naked Chocolate — Good for You Beyond Your Wildest Dreams

Raw chocolate is not only delicious, luxurious, decadent and tasty, it is also good for you. Quintessence, the most established raw food restaurant in America has created a number of desserts for Valentine's Day as an example of how good raw cocoa can really be.

New York, NY (PRWEB) January 16, 2005 -- Undeniably, Valentine’s Day is a time for chocolate. And with all of chocolate’s sexy attributes, it’s no wonder that it keeps lovebirds coming back for more. Consumers flipped when they found out that chocolate is actually good for you. But did you also know…
· Cocoa powder has nearly twice the antioxidants of red wine and up to three times what is found in green tea*
· Eat up! Raw chocolate has higher antioxidant levels per 100 grams than most of the fruits and veggies we consume, including all berries, spinach, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and prunes!
· Raw chocolate literally stimulates the happy, sexy hormones in the brain: anandamide (bliss chemical), arginine (nature's Viagra), serotonin (the anti-stress chemical), tryptophan (anti-depressant), and phenyl ethylamine (heightens focus).
· Cacao is guaranteed to get your blood flowing! It contains high levels of magnesium, which is needed for good heart performance and lowers blood pressure. Read More....
